We suggest registering for your preferred program 3-4 months in advance to ensure your daughter a space.

POLICIES: Your family is our business. Inevitably at some point during our relationship, we will reference our policies- they are the backbone of our positive and effective systems. In order to serve each of you, we use these consistently and lovingly. Little girls and adolescent students do not always understand the validity in policy, so it is the parent/guardian whom we ask to thoroughly review and respect our company policies listed below the following program information. Abigail Academy Camps integrate creativity with meaningful activities that make every camper feel valuable. Campers build upon learned themed tools and techniques on day one, and are always excited to celebrate and share their invested efforts with parents and guardians at the end of a camp week!

Abigail Academy Birthday Parties are tailored to make close friends and the birthday girl feel celebrated and special! Moms make one phone call and we take care of the rest! Guests enjoy themed cooking, baking, or positive affirmation or scripture verse painting activities. This is the easiest way for moms to ensure a positive and nourishing fun birthday! Abigail Academy takes care of the cake, snacks, lunch, balloons, pictures, supplies, and the TLC!

Abigail Academy Cooking classes teach essential life skills to encourage girls to prepare meals with confidence.  Students take ownership over the entire cooking process, and love showing parents what they learn! We see many girls attend monthly classes with enthusiasm to take on new kitchen experiences with their Abigail Academy mini chef friends!

Abigail Academy After School Club curriculum gives tools to parents/guardians and girls to effectively communicate and instill authentic confidence during formative years as a faithful team. Weekly themes are introduced and repeated to assist girls to grow personally and socially, and discover how to apply her faith in her everyday life. She will gain confidence and courage in each club session and her faith in God will continue to grow and mature. Your daughter will feel supported and loved for being herself in After School Club with new friends and mentors.

Abigail Academy Policies

Customer Commitment: We are committed to putting our girls and families first, by lovingly guiding each young lady and family towards the fulfillment of our mission.

Registration & Refunds: Due to our intimate sized programs, we have a no refund policy once the registration process is complete and payment is received. If we cancel, we will gladly transfer your monetary investment into an equal program. We do reserve the right to cancel a program within two business days if the minimum  amount of students are not enrolled for the program. In this case, a refund will be made within 10 business days.

Tuition: Most programs are paid in full at the time of registration. After School Club provides a monthly payment plan during the months of Club attendance, after the initial deposit.

Late Charges: We are staffed to operate during our scheduled program time. Doors open at the program start time, and prompt drop-off and pick-up is appreciated. We ask all guardians and students to make accommodations to respect our staff needs around program times. Students unattended by a guardian before or after program times will be appropriately cared for, and charged $2.00 per minute, per child.

Discipline: We value truth, honesty, kindness, inclusion, and generosity.  Not only will you see these values throughout our program, our staff is also equipped to manage all interactions with these same values in mind. In addition, all girls are introduced to and expected to behave in accordance to them while at the Academy.  Due to our small class sizes, any disruption could have a significant impact to the experience of other students.  Should any girl choose not to contribute to our values, our staff will work with her in a positive way to manage through the situation. If the situation can’t be resolved to an immediate and positive outcome, the parent/guardian will be contacted for support and/or pick-up.

Parent Concerns: When a parent has a concern or complaint, a formal meeting must be scheduled with our director. Because we value truth, honesty, inclusion, kindness, and our mission is to provide a fun and supportive space for all students, unscheduled meetings with our team will not be honored. During scheduled meetings, we encourage all to communicate within alignment of our company values.

Illness & Allergies: Children who become ill, or retain a temperature of 100 degrees or higher may not remain at The Academy, nor will an ill child be admitted. It is the parent/guardians responsibility to make arrangements to have the child picked up as soon as possible after the guardian has been notified of the child’s illness. Our staff is not responsible for giving medication to a child. Children who require allergy treatment (including epi-pens) are unable to attend our programs. Students with allergies may participate, if the guardian approves in writing that the student has the ability to monitor food intake and discern a safe environment for personal allergies, but we hold no responsibility for allergies.

After School Club Action Steps & Materials: The After School Club requires students stay on course to ensure the 10 week curriculum is delivered to each student. Action steps are given each week to enable the student to apply what she is learning in the club. As a commitment to your club experience and investment, we ask that all guardians encourage the students to complete these, and make sure they bring their club folders to club meetings.

Photography/Video Release: Abigail Academy, licensees, and assignees may use photographs, reproductions, and/or sound recording of all girls and guardians in our center, for any and all purposes, which may include advertising and publicity purposes without compensation, unless submission in writing says otherwise.
